My sales experience was great, and I'm generally happy with my car, but every time I have to deal with the service department it makes me sad I own an Infiniti.

These guys are great! They know what they are doing, want to help, and worked to ensure we were taken care of throught the process of getting the car serviced. It is worth the effort to schedule an appointment if you have an infiniti, if you don't have one get one.
