I loved my car initially! After the 1st cpl weeks of having it I took it in to have my brakes checked out something ddnt seem right! They said they sanded the rotors but ddnt find anything wrong. My once smooth ride now feels like a 98 Chevy cavalier! I don’t know what they did to my car but I’m distraught about it! I’m scared to take it back to them! SMH
If you are truly bored and have time on your hands, this review is long but it chronicles the absolute nightmare I’m living right now. Some of it may sound humorous - but at this point it’s so absurd that there’s no other way to put it. Germain Infiniti’s Sales Team (especially Mr. Brown) is INCREDIBLE! Germain Infiniti of Easton put my family at risk AND scammed us out of our warranty by ignoring us about our car's transmission problem until the warranty ran out and left my wife and children stranded on the road. Even though our records indicate that we raised the issue, they refuse to cover the labor to put in a new transmission and even rectify the issue. If I could give ZERO stars I would! I came to the Service Dept in search of help regarding my vehicle. When I originally had it towed to my service repair shop I called my warranty dept (not Infiniti). I was advised that my Infiniti warranty may still be active but I would need to confirm.
