Everyone at Germaine Honda was friendly and helpful. My needs were met absolutely and fully. The atmosphere of the new dealership was pleasant and inviting and the service was superb. Francine Fortin at Germain Honda of Naples is the BEST! Didn't have one bit of trouble, and all the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I don't care for having to deal with cars and leases and dealerships, but Francine made it painless. I will be a long time customer!
Salesman Rocco Mikasser did an excellent job helping us find our Honda Odyssey at Germain Honda of Naples. He was professional yet personable. We've been buying BMW's for years from Germain BMW and the service is always top notch! They moved to North Naples about June 2007, so this is their old address. The new dealership is on Tamiami Trail just north of Immokalee, next to the Watermark Grille. We've had great luck with all the people at BMW, but Jim McGinn, our salesperson, was far and away the best car salesman we've ever dealt with.
