The service department at Germain Honda is first class. I’ve been there for service twice now and have been helped by Russel Sutton and Tyler Smith. Both times I had a great experience. They are very organized and make everything very easy. At my prior dealership you’d walk into the service department and all the advisors would avoid eye contact hoping nobody would go to them. Excellent Service I had a bad battery which was in warranty. Andrew Calvert reviewed with me the problem I was having and insured me it would be taking care of ASAP. Sure enough within an hour I was on the road again.

Highly recommend Germain Honda. On my last visit that was unplanned (dead battery), everyone was very helpful. My service advisor, Cristian Torrico, was awesome! The wait time was reasonable and the new facility is very inviting and pleasant.
