⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely outstanding experience at Gerlach’s Jewelers in Madison, New Jersey. I brought my watch in thinking something was seriously wrong with it and was expecting a much bigger repair, but their team quickly took a look and fixed the issue in literally two minutes. It turned out to simply be the watch battery, and they were honest enough to explain that instead of trying to upsell me on unnecessary work. I went into Gerlach to have a necklace chain repaired. The staff was so kind and were able to fix my necklace very quickly. After such amazing service I was completely surprised that they did not charge me at all and just were happy to help me. I will definitely be returning to Gerlach. The jewelry on display was beautiful, unique pieces (a lot from estates) and were very reasonably priced. Highly recommend this place!
