I found Dr. Gerig to be incredibly patient, friendly, attentive, personable, down-to-earth and understanding. She has a pleasant demeanor and seems quite knowledgeable about her practice. I would certainly recommend her.
Dr. Gerig spent a lot of time with me listening to my health concerns and diagnosing my symptoms. I was very pleased with my first visit with her. Sometimes, I don't believe all the comments I read from other reviewers,but they were accurate in their assessment of Doctor Gerig. She really is kind and compassionate and cares a great deal for her patients. Dr. Gerig also goes above and beyond the call of duty and referred me to another physician to help me with an orthopedic issue.
After 3 years of intense pain and 10 different doctors, I had nearly lost hope. Finally I was referred to Dr. Nel Gerig, a pelvic pain specialist. On my first appointment, after an extensive examination and a review of my medical history, she diagnosed the problem. Most doctors only deal with their specialty. Dr. Gerig has expertise in ALL areas of pelvic pain. With her help and referral to an amazing physical therapist, my pain is 50% better, and improves every week. Thank you, Dr. Gerig!

I love this woman! And her PA Keri. They treat you with respect. They take their time answering all your concerns. Yes, you wait a long time but they give you the same special care they do everyone else so in the end we are all winners. She is caring and wants to find the root cause of your pain. This women is incredible! After a long stint of doctors not taking my case seriously, I was referred to Dr. Gerig and she changed my life. She took on my complicated case and has not given up on me. The first time we met, she spent time with me, got to know me & my case. This is an extreme rarity. She spends time with all her patients because she genuinely cares and for that, she gets aces across the board. Dr. Gerig and her team are absolutely incredible and genuinely care. I highly recommend.
Dr. Gerig is a passionate and incredibly knowledgable physician in her field. After exhausting the resources in my state, I travelled from Salt Lake City to see her on more than one occasion. Her treatment plan changed my life. I am now a fully functional individual. If I had the time and money, I would continue to see her on a regular basis. I have been seeing Dr. Greig for an unusual chronic pain in the pelvic floor region. Her office has become very organized in the last few years with reminder calls and short wait times. She greets you with a welcome hug. Dr. Gerig is very well trained and will spend all the time necessary with you to resolve your problem without your feeling rushed. You leave with the necessary prescriptions and instructions. Her special caring manner is vital to a patient with chronic pain.
Nel Gerig and her team of super heroes have entirely changed my life! My team works in conjunction with one another- Nel, Keri, my physical therapist, and me, of course. Everyone always knows what is going on with me and we all determine a proper course of action together. All of these people are incredibly knowledgeable.
