Josh was the best I could have asked for it but buying my first home. He was always ready and willing to get done whatever needed to be done quickly and professionally. You worked around my schedule and really went to bat for me.
H came to look at my house in Muskogee. He said he would email comps the next day. He never did. I text him and asked if he forgot about me. He replied that he was out of town but would email m the next day. He didn’t. Not professional at all.
Everyone was very helpful and answered all questions we had. Josh Gerig went above and beyond to accommodate us at every turn. Highly recommend!
