Brought mom in for 2nd time in a month for same issue. ER personnel were very thorough and took care to get her admitted ASAP. Brought her extra warmed blankets because she was cold.
The nurses & Doctors at the ER were very kind & understanding & professional. I was listened to & taken very good care of, the only bad part was for a broken foot I sat there 6 hours...but there was apparently a very critical patient so i understand.
Not sure where to start. ER acts like everyone going there is not as important as they are. Bad attitudes and the tests they run are always "look fine" nothing wronv...two days later ya go to your family doctor and thwy run the same test and ya have broken bones and a concussion.
I had to go to the ER yesterday. The young man from Ferris was outstanding along with th er nurse. I am not from around there. From the wonderful security officer that for a wheelchair for me all the way to the Dr. I could not have been treated any nicer. They were great! I would recommend this hospital to everyone.
Staff were amazing and kept on schedule. They took good care of my mom.
Worst Hospital EVER!!!!This place is a joke never have i seen such uneducated doctors/nurse's. I truly believe that they just look at this job as a pay check and not for the care and comfort for their patients... VERY DISCUSSED with the service and this is the least i would say. GO TO GRAND RAPIDS SPECTRUM!!!!
The people that work there are so helpful and nice. Mom and I were really impressed with everything and everyone...Thank you for taking great care of my daughter
