Was involved in a car accident and was taken by Ambulance the other a neck brace. I did not receive any X-rays or assessments as I said I had no pain (most likely due to adrenaline). We brought back paper work that we had questions on and were asked, “Did you even read the paper?” Very rude and if you treat people like that then maybe you should not be working in the field anymore.
Spectrum health Gerber memorial emergency department took amazing care of my son when we were sent there immediately from my pediatric office for respiratory issues. Gerber is an asset to our community. Thank you for taking such good care of my family.

Thank you to your doctors and nurses on staff in the emergency room last night 8/26/17 into 8/27/17 for taking such good care of my boy. It is very much appreciated. He is home, resting and doing well.
Had my dad in there and his nurse was fantastic. The staff were caring and answered all of the questions asked with a smile. They took good care of him while he was there.
They have the most wonderful staff never have I been to a hospital that made me feel so comfortable.
Their always have been decent to my family. I just think there needs to be a place for children/adolences that need to be placed in a crisis situation especially when their out of control to protect their family members as well as themselves from harm.
I had surgery there yesterday and the staff are hands down the best I've ever had at any hospital
