Outstanding Service I had a tooth that was fractured and I needed a crown. Dr. Parra cleaned up my fractured tooth and put my crown in. She did an excellent job and her staff were very professional. I had no pain at all throughout the procedure. My insurance requires I go to certain dentist to get the maximum coverage. Premier Dental Team isn't one of those on my insurance list, but because my wife and I love the great personal service we get, we don't mind paying a little extra for the outstanding service we get. First visit to this practice. CT scan was done very efficiently with virtually no waiting after my appointment time. Explanation of results by Dr Craighead was thorough and he answered all questions that my wife and I had. Treatment plan suggested was not the highest cost but what he believed would be most effective and cost-efficient. My wife, who is very skeptical & perceptive concerning dentists and their procedures, was very favorably impressed and remarked that she was surprised by the level of trust she felt.
