The staff was very kind and professional. My repairs were done in a short period of time. I was amazed.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Their work didn't even last a couple of hours. When I claimed the warranty, they made a thousand excuses and refused to take responsibility. Poor customer service, amateurish paint job, filler everywhere, and rattling noises from all the repaired parts.
Having dealt with several body shops around the upstate, I can say it has been the absolute best working with Gerber. They kept me informed throughout the whole repair process and did a fabulous job with the repairs.
I was called out there to perform a service for this business and apparently they had called multiple people and did not inform me so they wasted my time, my money and my gas driving out there to perform a service for them that someone was already working on when I got there. Insanely unprofessional would never recommend this place to anyone because of that you're hurting other local businesses with the way you run yours
Took way longer than expected. I took my car in for scratch to be repaired and a mirror to be fixed and it took 3 weeks. My main problem was when I called in to ask about a ETA, nobody seemed to know what was happening with my car. Everyone was super nice there but unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be back.
