There is a great team that works to satisfy customers and provide excellent service. The owner of Collision is a nice person and works on the comfort of the customer. He is a friend to everyone. José and the team at Gerber were excellent. They completed the job nearly a week earlier than the original estimated timeframe for the repairs (they estimated 10 days and did it in 4!) and cleaned my car inside and out— it looks nearly the way it did when I first drove it off the dealer’s lot. On top of that, the team was very gracious when their quick work meant I had to pick up my car a week after the job was done to coincide with my payday (as I have an unfortunately high deductible with my insurance)— they had no issue w... read more
