Immaculate Work!! I am so very pleased, words cannot express the level of gratitude l have for Gerber and their staff. This was my first accident and Gerber paired with my insurance made this process seamlessly quick. Just a side note Geico is the best, they covered my rental and extended it for me when I was made aware by Gerber my car had been fixed in 1wk and I needed to extend the rental until Friday pay day for that $1k deductible but anyways if you have an unfortunate accident use Gerber 10 out of 10 RECOMMEND. Wouldn’t work w insurance appropriately
My experience with Gerber collision was subpar to say the least. Communication on the completion of my car was inconsistent. When my mother and I explained our issues with the obvious paint difference and new scratches they continued to be dismissive. Mark Oakley GM, was immediately condescending and argumentative.
