I can’t say enough about the staff at Gerber. They are courteous and friendly. My car was hit, but the driver didn’t stay. I don’t know where it happened because I’m an only driver and it was the right rear panel. It could’ve happened a day ago or a month ago. I went to Gerber because they’re an authorized repair shop for my car insurance ( I didn’t go through my insurance). I wanted a company that Insurance companies trust. I was not disappointed. I brought in my Black CR-V Sport Hybrid to Gerber Collision & Glass to get some dents fixed, and Adrian did an incredible job. The car looks flawless — you can’t even tell there was any damage. Adrian was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure the work was done right. He kept me informed throughout the process and delivered the car back looking like brand new. Adrian at Gerber Collision & Glass did an amazing job on my car. He fixed the dents perfectly, and the finish looks like new again. Adrian was very professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy to understand. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and delivered the car back to me in great condition, right on time. I really appreciate his attention to detail and excellent customer service. Poor workmanship and no quality control. We were told four times that repairs were complete and when we arrived we would find chips, missing parts, incorrectly installed parts and defective parts.
