I’m giving a true five star review to Gerber. Gerber is still Gerber just like the old days when my uncle used to work there many years ago same location and They are still doing quality work with outstanding customer service, going out of their way to make sure a customer is satisfied.
I was very satisfied with the experience I had with Gerber Collision. The representative we worked with, Jason Parke, explained clearly what needed to be done and he contacted me several times to provide information on how the work was progressing. The job was completed a little earlier than first expected and it was done very well.
All employees who worked with me were excellent in their communication about my repair and facilitating my rental car during the repair. Jason worked with me to do the estimate and when I picked up my car only a few days later. The repair was perfect and completed in a shorter time period that I was expecting. Gerber will be my repair facility going forward.
I have had to go here several times and they are always friendly, honest and a pleasure to work with . I went to Gerber today and Jason Parke was able to do my repair in just a few minutes! Great service. Thank you Jason!
