Brought my daughter’s Kia in for a door replacement. They did an excellent job with the fit and paint. Customer service was great. Had a followup visit with Ricky and nothing but good things to say.
I recently came in for a repair on my vehicle. I received great customer service and the people at Gerber did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle.
This was a night and day experience I’ve had with other collision centers on Hwy 280. I got excellent customer service from Raymond and Brittany. The facility was clean. At the end of the day they would call me to give an update on my vehicle. They also detailed the inside and outside of my car!
I had a great experience at the Hwy 280 location. They communicated very well, extremely nice, efficient, quality work, and just overall good customer service.
