Office staff greeted me when I came in and asked if I wanted water. My hygienist, Kerri greeted me and asked how I was doing. She is an excellent dental hygienist, she is very gentle and let's me know what she is doing. I am not a good patient, having someone work in my mouth is terrifying for me. But.over the years, because of Kerri and Dr. Schneider I actually have learned to relax, even though it doesn't look like it... Great experience
