I am not a good dental patient. But Kerri, my dental hygienist understands my phobia and works with me so that I am comfortable with the cleaning. DR. Schneider is the only dentist i will let near my mouth. He is very understanding, let's me know what he is doing . The staff is great. I highly recommend Phoenician Dentistry.

As always, they were able to get me in to see Dr. Schneider in a very timely manner. He saw what the problem was and presented me with a couple of methods to resolve it and once we agreed on the solution I made the necessary two appointments and left his office assured that the crisis had been averted, and truly had no pain when I left his office. Thanks to all of the staff that made me comfortable. No pain and no worries that it will be resolved quickly and professionally, as always.
Every one from receptionist, to Hygienist, to Dr Schneider have always treated me Kindly and professionally. I enjoy my time there.
Most of my childhood dental experiences were not pleasant. So I have avoided the dentist as often as possible. I recently got married so it was time to face the childhood fears. I must say the staff from the front of house to the dentist were all amazing. None of them were critical of my lack of going to the dentist. Everyone was helpful and provided a lot of information.
