After finding some beautiful earrings on the Gerard McCabe Jewellers website I visited the Rundle Mall store. It was an absolute pleasure to meet Linh who was a delightful person to assist me. She certainly is an asset to the team and even cleaned my jewellery while I made up my mind. There was certainly no pressure to purchase and I returned the next day after considering my purchase overnight. Needless to say I bought the beautiful earrings.
Had a great experience with Jackie. Lost my ring used insurance to replace. Jackie made it easy for me to have something close to my original and had great communication.
