The kindest experience I've ever had in the McCabe Adelaide Arcade store. They helped me with fixing my memorial jewellery after my son died. I was distressed. I had been fobbed off and ignored by another jewellery store and had walked out of that one.crying and visibly upset with no aid, just stares. Thank you McCabe Jewellers for helping me in my grief and doing fabulous repairs and restoring my faith in people :)
A grateful thank you to both Linh in the first instance of trying the beautiful Eagle Cognac and White Diamond ring on and to Alyssa during the purchase phase. They were so warm and welcoming, a lovely experience that sees us back at Gerard McCabe for another special purchase. Had bespoke wedding band made with Gerard McCabe. The whole process was great, I love my ring and the team were so helpful until asking for valuation certificate with pick up of finished wedding band. This was something they were not willing to do. I have now had to spend more money to go to another jeweller to get certificate to be able to add ring to my insurance. Also been told by multiple jewellers this is very strange practice for any business that manufactures jewellery.
I came here looking for a jeweller I could trust to create an engagement ring for my future fiancée, and they did exactly that. Marcelle and the whole team were incredibly helpful and kept me updated throughout the whole process with recommendations, advice and progress updates on my ring. The created the most stunning ring that continues to get compliments. Thank you so much!
