Absolutely terrible customer service, we struggled for over 2 hours to get ahold of them, then they hung up on us when I tried to cancel our appointment. Best part is they didn't ask our name or time that we had our appointment.
recently received a pedicure and to my surprise I now have a fungal infection on my big toe. There was a recent review from a lady who also had a fungal infection and since they posted signs in the salon saying they are using one time use nail files. They definitely did not use a one time nail file on my toes. They used the grinder tool to take off my previous gel polish but it was used by the person before me. Incredible service. They listened to my Daughter and my requests. They were patient, accommodating, and the nail art was impeccable.Everything was sterilized and clean. Would highly recommend the salon.
