I had a really disappointing experience here. I went in asking for a basic pedicure with no nail polish and a proper clean. The entire service lasted about 20 minutes, which already felt rushed. They only scrubbed my feet for about 20 seconds and didn’t properly clean under my nails. There was no attention to detail—my cuticles weren’t done, and the skin around my nails was left untouched. I had such a great experience with Nancy! She did an amazing job on my nails. I’m honestly in love with the set she created for me. 🥰 She’s so talented, detailed, and really takes her time to make sure everything looks perfect. You can tell she truly cares about her work. My nails turned out even better than I imagined! Highly recommend Nancy if you want beautiful nails and great service. I’ll definitely be coming back! 💅✨

Absolutely terrible customer service, we struggled for over 2 hours to get ahold of them, then they hung up on us when I tried to cancel our appointment. Best part is they didn't ask our name or time that we had our appointment.
