Dr. Graefe is thorough and patient. He explains everything very clearly and takes special care to make sure I am comfortable and have the opportunity to ask questions. It was with great confidence that I started taking my children to him. I knew that they would be at ease. He has a caring and friendly staff.
Dr Graefe is very caring and always is concerned about the well-being of his patients. My husband has been seeing him for over 30 years and I have seem him for 13. He is skilled at both contact lenses fittings and prescribing glasses. He takes time to answer all of our questions and is always in a teaching mode when he is explaining conditions. Even with him taking his time with us (as I assume he does with every one) we have never had to wait past our appointment times to be seen.
I love Dr. Graefe, and have been one of his patients for years. I recently took my daughter to Dr. Graefe for her first eye exam. He always explains all the risks and benefits of treatment options. Everything is explained in detail, all my questions are always answered. Dr. Graefe is very calm and understanding. I highly recommend him.
