Gerald Stern helped me tremendously with back and extremity issues. I could barely stand and walk in to his office, and after he used and helped me learn the McKensie method of PT, I am 90% better. And whenever I get an issue, I know what to do to resolve it in about 10 minutes or less. I even have days without pain or other issues I once had (e.g. tingling, burning, down extremities etc). Gerry is a miracle worker. After I was told that I will need a back surgery and there is no other alternative I went o see Jerry, and yes, it took few visits and I had to do my exercises diligently but never required a back surgery. I still do those exercises and does not have back pain anymore. My back issue started in 1991 and got worse couple of years ago.
