Dr. McFadden has been our family dentist for over 15 years. He is always very friendly, takes time to explain options and treatments, and has gotten me right in anytime an urgent dental condition has arisen. Dr. McFadden takes care of our kids’ dental care and my wife has successfully done Invisalign with him as well. Highly recommended!
I have been a patient of Dr. McFadden's for over 15 yrs. For 3 years, I have been flying into Atlanta, from Orlando FL on my off days, for my appointments because I trust this dental office with my teeth. Always a awesome experience.
Dr. McFadden is an excellent provider. He is very informative with treatment options and works diligently to provide the best services available to his patients.
I've been going to Smile Design for the last 3 years and my experiences with them have been wonderful! The staff is always welcoming and Dr. McFadden and his wife always treat me like family. They've nursed my smile back to good health and I would recommend this dental office to anybody looking for a great dentist.
Very professional had wisdom tooth pulled . He yanked it of my mouth himself . Other dentist kept insisting I go to oral surgeon . I will admit it was a lot afterwards with antibiotics , but it was worth it. Very nice & professional , but needs to have office people double check for people with complicated health insurance. Have had issues saying I owe them money, but insurance certain procedures were paid by insurance. Overall great people skills, very friendly
Unfortunately, we had a horrible, stressful experience with this doctor. He diagnosed our son with several cavities, and while he was drilling on two back teeth, our son felt searing pain. After lots of calls and medication and a second opinion, we found out that both teeth were cracked. He had to be referred to an endodontist, and now he has root canals and crowns on both of those teeth - at age 20! This has cost us so much pain and suffering - as well as thousands of dollars. Avoid!
The staff is super professional and friendly. The office is very efficient , with very little, if any wait time. The office Manager is excellent with verifying benefits, responding back to your phone calls, and listening to your concerns. Dr. McFadden will spend the time needed to ensure you're happy and okay. The Dr. ensures every patient is doing well and getting the treatment needed.
