Customer interaction and service were lackluster. His communication style is, to say the least, dated. I sought out his service through a list of businesses approved through Brookfield Relocation. I would do that to make the process, especially direct billing, easier. When we showed up to have some documents notarized to send out of the province he glazed through the interaction like he had done it a thousand times, and, as much as that should often give some reassurance of well-handling the matter, it did just the opposite.... read more

We were extremely happy dealing with Gerald Lobster for our mortgage. Gerald went through all the details of the mortgage and explained all the legal details using understandable language. Gerald is very personable and friendly and we highly recommend him. Tracee was also very through and friendly. She did an awesome job putting together all the documents in a very short timeframe. And not only were Gerald and Tracee great to work with they also charged the lowest rate.
Gerald Loster is a great lawyer. I found him thorough, patient, understanding and incredibly knowledgeable. He also went out of his way to accommodate my schedule and few lawyers will ever do that. I highly recommend him and as well as his legal secretary Tracy. They are both absolutely wonderful.
