Absolutely horrible and unprofessional. Stay far away if you actually want help and a caring therapist. Went in for marriage counseling where we were left waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes over our scheduled time, no doctor in sight. My husband asks if anyone is in the office and gently cracks the snack room door to see if anyone was there or if we should just leave.
