I went in for contacts because lasiks caused keratoconus. Instead, they ordered me glasses, which does not work for cornial scaring issues. When I questioned what happened to my contacts, the latina got arrogant with me and refused to resolve the problem that they caused. Discovered it was insurance fraud.
I went on dec.16 to get new glasses, they ordered my prescription. They told me they would be ready by January 3. It's January 22, and I'm still waiting for the glasses. Call them but they don't have yet. I Will Never do Business With Them Ever.
Dr. Furnari is an excellent eye doctor. I have been going to him for many year. He is extremely knowledgeable, especially with getting the best fit for contact lenses. He and his office staff are friendly and helpful.
I will never go back not only that they messed up my prescription since I can see better with my old glasses then the glasses I got from this place. It was unacceptable that I went there today to have my glasses corrected but they wanted me to sit there to see the doctor in between patients. Who knows how long I would of sat there waiting to see the Doctor to fix the error they made with my glasses.
