My friends and I were greeted by the most friendly staff! Joe introduced himself and showed us around the store. The sales associates were so friendly and helped us indulge just a little � Joe assured me that he can create the jewelry piece I want and was extremely enthusiastic and kind about offering his services. I'm looking forward to working with them more!

We designed and had joe make carols ring it turned out beautiful, would highly recommend him and his staff as our experience was over the top !!!!
Joe and his team are simply the best! I've been a customer for 20+ yrs and he always has the best deals. I now live in San Diego and when I come to Cincy to visit family, I always stop by and see what treasure he has to buy. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The custom work he does is quite amazing as well.
