I had a 2000 ring resized and mounted in a new setting . I had to return it once because the stone wasn't mounted straight in the new setting. It was obviously a bad job because I must have hit my hand on something at work and the whole top/ setting came off. I'm convinced it was poor workmanship. Needless to say I lost that precious ring. It can't be replaced because of the sentimental value. Would not recommend. Very unhappy!

On June 13, 2020, ********************************* brought in a diamond ring to have repaired. In our notations, which would also be on receipt; the ring was very worn. We took the ring in and put a new head on it, which is the entire new piece to hold the diamond, which is much safer than simply repairing worn prongs. the ring was in excellent cond... read more

I would recommend Geraci Fine Jewelry to anyone. Joe designed my wedding set 19 years ago. I looked down to find my diamond had fallen out of my engagement ring. Joe was able to help with my insurance claim and get my ring to good as new all within a week.
