No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did this rheumatologist rush your appointment? No Did this rheumatologist use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Does this provider remember you by name? No, and they don't make an effort to even try Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Does this rheumatologist give unbiased advice? Yes

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them.
