Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? A little, but it was bearable Does this rheumatologist give unbiased advice? Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money. I called to make an appointment in order to set up a new rheumatologist, as I have fibromyalgia & do not have a doctor in the area. I was told that since one of my symptoms was dizziness, I would have to see a neurologist. I understand that, and have no problem seeing a neurologist. . . the woman on the phone would not even make an appointment for me to establish Dr Geppert as my rheumatologist. Very dissapointing call to have my business turned away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 0 stars from me, but it made me pick at least one.

I've never been to a more reliable doctor. Whenever I need to get a hold of them, I know that I'll be able to immediately. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my in... read more

Has this rheumatologist ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Does this rheumatologist offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Was it easy to find parking at this rheumatologist's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
