Dr. Vine and entire staff have been more than satisfactory. We have no negative feelings about any aspect of the doctor, staff or facility. We will gladly recommend him.

Did this provider explain your test results to you? Not very thoroughly, I wanted more of an explanation Did this rheumatologist leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long How would you compare this rheumatologist to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this rheumatologist's office? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They didn't make me wait long in the waiting room at all. They called me back to see the doctor a couple minutes after I sat down. They thoroughly explained my medication to me and went over dosage, scheduling, and side effects before I started taking it. I felt a lot more comfortable knowing what I was taking. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
