Very good morning breakfast, special omelet. Killer view
The fried oysters reminded of the old Anchor loved them
The food and the ambience was absolutely amazing. The portions were huge too..... yummy
So my friend and I decided to swing by Newport to check out the sites. I asked Some locals for a recommendation for a good place that had surf and turf And added that I was looking for the best clam chowder in town and they told me to head to Georgie's. I had fried zucchini appetizer, which was good. The halibut fish and chips, and of course the clam chowder. So the food that stole the show was the sour dough bread. We stay at the Hallmark a couple times per month, usually have our breakfast at George's, always receiving excellent service and food every time. On a recent trip we tried another local restaurant for our dinner, was so disappointed with the food, we ended up back at Georgia's for a giant desert, just to soothe my soul. From now on, it will be Georgia's for dinner and breakfast.
