Overrated. Our dinner party ordered different items from the menu. Herb crusted chicken breast, stuffed salmon, steak, etc, all very good. The chef got lazy with the sides. All entres were "presented" with fresh vegetables. Me thinking summer squashes or asparagus. Nope. Plain and nearly raw broccoli and carrots; clearly for presentation because they were too hard to eat. I've had better from my grocers frozen vegetables section. Awesome views and the food is out of this world! The seafood diablo was one of the best things I have tasted in awhile.
Had breakfast there yesterday. Bill had the chicken fried steak, delicious and HUGE. I had the George's wrap, one of the tastiest breakfast burritos I've ever had. Can't wait to come back to newport �
Tonight was our first visit to this restaurant and it was awesome! We knew it would be a little more expensive than an average dinner out for us and we planned for it. We were seated before our estimated wait time, they were welcoming of our kids, service was prompt and friendly, and the food was excellent! My favorite restaurant in Newport and absolutely one of the best clam chowders I've ever eaten!
This is our second time here. We were seated within the time frame we were told. Daniel took our drink order right away, and brought them promptly. Tiffany came to take our order within 6 or 7 minutes, and had a wonderful attitude and personality. Our food was on the table in a very timely manner, and was absolutely delicious!
