The main issue with living here is that several units have radiators that make loud clanging noises when used (basically half of the year when the heat is on). I know two other people who experienced the same thing. We all put in maintenance requests that were resolved, but the issue remained unfixed. I am moving out because of this, but I know others who have gotten used to it and can tolerate it!
