1. I'll hit the big points. Screens showing photo op times and lanes, move it in front of restrooms to big open area beside where photo ops can be purchased with cash. That entire area is open and off to the side of main isle. Worried about fire codes. Or move to line you need people to stand behind. Don't put screen in front of boundary or isle to walk through. 2. After 3 days spent here for a convention, this is my take on it. Parking...no signs, confusing, too many events exiting all at the same time, trying to go out on to the same roadway. No one directing traffic. Food prices ridiculous. Bathrooms, not nearly enough stalls for a convention hall this size. However, the staff was very friendly at the GWCC!

The food center needs a bit more organization and a better ventilation system, too much smoke in the eating area from the Grille, I loved the waffle fries! Handicap accessible, yes; improvement needed, YES! Especially the restrooms, they were not adequate, in my opinion, for the large number of people attending the event. Parking garage needs more parking... read more

Business response:

Paula- Thank you for your comments. We will share these with the appropriate people! We work hard to keep our center impressive and feedback like this helps us reach those goals.

We were there for Walker Stalker Con and the place is massive! Everyone we dealt with that were actual employees of the Congress Center were polite and helpful. We would definitely attend another event there in the future. It will be even better when the construction in building A is completed.
