Very poor event planning. Ran out of water several times. Very rude and unaccommodating. Hour+ long lines in and out of the venue. I’ve been to a lot of New Years events and this was easily the sloppiest staffing I’ve witnessed.
Worst place to host a sold out concert. Security lines horribly understaffed (show sold out within minutes months ago so there was ample time to staff appropriately). They separate men and women for the security check - whatever, that happens - but don't allow you to wait for your partners after you go through security. All access to bathrooms completely cut off for the crowd of 10k so they lined up porta potties and just have people crowding in front of them. No hand washing or sanitizing station. I was fascinated by the huge meeting rooms. It is the best congress center I visited ever. Very nice and pleasant setting. Hope to come back soon.
