I enjoyed my time living at the Georgia Villas. It was a good place to stay, and I generally had a positive experience. However, I was pretty disappointed with the move-out inspection process. Despite doing a huge, deep clean of the apartment, they were incredibly picky with their assessment. The standards for cleanliness and condition at move-out were definitely not the same as what I received when I moved in. It's frustrating to put in the effort to leave the place in great shape and then be nitpicked like that.

I’ve loved living here for the last five years. The office staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and maintenance is fast and effective. It’s a great value for the price, too!

Updated review since Georgia Villas offered such a nice apology. Let me re-summarize my most recent experience: 1. Georgia Villas/Tigris Properties employees using a street sweeper and other power equipment swept and blew all of the debris from the parking lot UP AGAINT THE APARTMENT BUILDINGS, all over everyone’s porches, front doors and into the windows, creating a huge mess (see pictures). This place does not care about its tenants at all. This was only my most recent negative experience while they "repainted the parking lot stripes."
