If you’re feeling sick don’t even waste your time with this clinic. They are rude and a nurse named Nicole refused to give me an excuse for class unless I drove to the Atlanta clinic. Nicole the nurse told me if you’re so sick where you can’t drive to the Atlanta clinic then call an ambulance. Lol that is insane because I have told her 3x I am a typical college student with no job, no insurance, and no money. I have the beginning stages of a common cold and I didn’t feel well enough to go to class. I asked for an excuse from... read more

I had an appointment at 3:00pm for a tuberculosis skin test. When I arrived, they got the appointment time wrong and thought it was for 11:30am. Then they proceeded to tell me that they ran out of the skin tests (and blood) until May when I need it by this coming Tuesday. Why would they make more appointments for the test than they have available? Don't waste your time here. And when I walked up the guy was just on his phone and wasn't even aware I was waiting on him

It’s not even funny how rude Michael Collins was. His tone, his body language. Playing League of Legends on the clock without even hiding it. Also the waiting room has a fake water fall making the most awful sound!! It’s too bad because I like Cari and Nicole on the staff, but the front desk Michael and nurse lady who took my vitals were kinda rude.

This used to be my go-to clinic, but the quality has really gone downhill. The front desk staff is unprofessional, and getting an appointment feels impossible—no matter how urgent your issue is, the earliest available slot is at least two weeks away. On top of that, I couldn’t find an actual doctor on staff—just nurse practitioners. I really hope they address these issues by better training their front desk staff to be more patient and respectful, offering more flexibility for students who need urgent care, and providing the... read more
