I had a huge old tub to be removed before I got my news jet setter tube was installed. Team Georgia Spa arrived on time, brought enough muscle to get my old tub out and carted away and my new tub installed. Everything went perfect. Sine then I have had to have some warranty work done. They respond very quickly had their team out within a couple of days and addressed the issue immediately. Carried the spare parts to do the job right then and there. Great customer service!
After a small hick up in the move (which was still on time) they went above and beyond and sent a rockstar group out to move my tub faster then Superman could! Will definitely be purchasing all needed items from these guys! A+ service and people are super nice!
Visited the store in Athens, Ga for a few supplies for the hot tub. Scheduled a service call to repair the heat unit. Service was on time, very knowledgeable. Enjoying the hot tub once again! Thank you!
