RecommendedJust had our second Hot Spot Rhythm installed. After a five year run the first one was damaged by a fallen tree. The crew was on time and did an excellent job removing the original tub and replacing it with the new one. I should mention that the tub is recessed in a deck which created a bit of a challenge on the swap out. Just as the original purchase the process from start to finish was a great experience. Bought my BGE from them in 2015. My fire box and ring both developed cracks. Because I live over an hour away, they adjusted their process to meet my needs of replacement in real time. Great service in 2015 and certainly now. I would highly recommend!
Great service during the sales and installation process. A year later I had a small issue and again, service was great. I love my Hospot Tempo hot tub and use it regularly.
They recently came out to check on a leak on my hot tub purchased on 09/15. They found a bad water heater and a cracked plastic connector. They had the parts on hand and replaced everything in less than an hour. Tech was friendly and cordial, and seemed very knowledgeable. Thanks

Just like Trump, they do what they say and do it better than anyone else. I just had two other local technicians to work on two other tubs, and they completely destroyed both. This company did a great job during the holidays. My thanks to their complete staff. I do and will recommend them as being the best.
