First of all, the entire process was a happy success! The details are: zero pressure to buy, easy process, ordering the spa gave us time to get the electrical set up with a professional, the delivery guys were careful and went over the controls very carefully, and all of the staff left us smiling. What more is there to say. Oooops! We LOVE our spa.

Awesome Great service. Tub expert Trace was extremely informative answered all my questions and helped me figure out what to do in my situation. As a result I am now planning to upgrade my tub and purchase a new one and this all happened through questions and answers without any sales talk from him. I have had a Hot Springs tubs since 1983 and the product line and service is “Over the Top”
The whole experience from the time we walked in the store the first time to delivery of our new hot tub was very low stress and low pressure! The salesman at the store was very helpful and knowledgeable of the product. The customer service staff was very nice and helpful in setting up the delivery well in advance so I had plenty of time to get everything ready.
