This company damaged our roof. we observed nails popped up all over the roof and won't recommend to any one.
I have a very bad experience with Georgia Smart services. Not a trustable company to change your roof and I won't recommend to anyone. Manager agreed to pay 50% of commission (around $4K) upon insurance approval. I trusted and handed over insurance claim check ($22.5k) to him. Once he collected the check, he started giving trouble (ordered the material without any communication which blocked the driveway.
