Amy Lancaster in the Pooler office is amazing, she has been so great helping me get through my Accutane journey.

(Richmond Hill clinic) I have no complaints about the level of care, but their wait time is ridiculous. Every time I have been in, I have waited AT LEAST 45 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. If I have the courtesy to show up on time/early, I would appreciate the same courtesy shown to me. I understand the occasional delay, but being almost an hour behind schedule every time is inconsiderate and unprofessional. If you can't see patients in a timely manner, don't schedule so many.
