Same here - wish there were NO STARS! Constant billing issues! They expand to another city, want people to go, send the labs off to another city that is constantly listed as OUT OF NETWORK!
If it was possible to give negative stars, I would. I have never encountered a doctors office that is so inconsiderate of your time. AN HOUR & A HALF (and counting) is too long to wait before your name is even called to the back just to wait some more. Also, the receptionist that greets you as you walk in acts as though she has not time or interest I'm talking to you. I'm sure that comes from dealing with angry people all day and never once making an attempt at an apology for the wait. Finally, this is not a one time thing. ... read more
