If I could leave 0 stars I would. Rude staff that refuses to help when you call. Hung up on me twice.
If I could leave no stars, I would. I generally wonder how this place is still up and running. I was 10-13 due to my postpartum depression getting out of hand, and had been sent here. The minute I walked in I immediately wanted out. I begged and pleaded to be able to call and speak to my husband, and they wouldn’t allow me. Before my intake was even completed I was sent to the ER due to high blood pressure, where they informed them I was a 10-13, and the hospital kept me in a room with just a bed, for seven hours.
