I liked the extra trays for breakfast, lunch, & dinner.
When I first arrived here I was placed in temporary observation with a very nice roommate. It didn’t seem too bad at first. When I went into there I was expecting to be held accountable ofcourse but also to have help instead I was met with a few nurse techs that were intentionally hateful, not really to me, but to the patients who had a lot more “issues” for lack of better words, they needed help. My son was admitted and after admission he was given an evaluation. He was diagnosed by a nurse practitioner by administering a “check list” for diagnosis. After calling several times and being transferred from person to person ,and leaving messages to ask about his treatment, his case manager called me the next day. His case manager assured me he would correspond with me concerning his treatment and progress monitoring. He did not. My son called and the nurse practitioner was standing by him. Hot meals? Rarely ever. Therapy? Never saw one. Its more like a jail where it's freezing and everyone's asleep. There's no care..just isolation.
