My son was admitted and after admission he was given an evaluation. He was diagnosed by a nurse practitioner by administering a “check list” for diagnosis. After calling several times and being transferred from person to person ,and leaving messages to ask about his treatment, his case manager called me the next day. Hot meals? Rarely ever. Therapy? Never saw one. Its more like a jail where it's freezing and everyone's asleep. There's no care..just isolation.
This place is a joke !!!!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Rude staff that refuses to help when you call. Hung up on me twice.
