My wife has been a pt for five yrs there then left for treatment due to being prescribed fentynal patch 100 mcg for two years by them, she needed to get off of it, no longer needed/wanted it, her pain was to a minimum. then after a year the pain came back full force (3 diagnoses on her back and bad ones) she came back was told to get a discharge letter from suboxone doctor. She came in with that weaned off the suboxone. She was told she would be started back on meds, low dose and she was content, never wanting to go back on... read more

The worst and most unprofessional medical facility I have ever visited. Furthermore, the surroundings resemble that of a third world country. I called the day before my appointment to inquire of the office visit charges. I was told that the fee would be $150.00. However, during the day of my visit, I was given a drug test without my knowledge; and thus, they attempted to charge me an additional $750.00, plus other charges which I was not informed of during my previous day inquiry. When I brought this matter to their attenti... read more

Run from this place!! They will get you hooked on pain meds and never really treat anything. They will also send your labs to Putnam General hospital 100 miles away, a rural hospital so that the hospital can charge a huge amount for basic tests. The physicians then get a kickback from the hospital for the business which is a clear violation of the STARK laws. Aside from the above, this place make you wait hours after your appointment time, the staff is uneducated and very ghetto with extremely high turnover. They also are... read more

Never been treated so badly. Each time I go there I am treated by a different doctor and the last time I was treated by a nurse. They want me to continue to have treatments that did not help by threatening to stop all pain medications. They have clearly shown me they don't care about me the patient, all they are interested in is making money from unnecessary treatments.

I saw him once, needed to be referred to another Pain Clinic because his office is too far from my home, having to depend on others for transportation. He was good, but his office staff is very immature, uncompassionate, and play lots of telephone games with the patients.. I need to speak to the only Referral Coordinator: Katlin that his office has. I've been calling every 30 minutes attempting to contact her because she is suppose to be out to lunch.. This has been going on for 3 hours. Instead of talking to her, they give ... read more
