Rude - Denise and Kathy think it’s a joke that I was calling the wrong office trying to get ahold of my dad’s neurologist. I was transferred and put on hold multiple times then when I expressed it was urgent to please help me she cut me off that I had the wrong office and hung up. The supervisor, Denise, then answered and laughed out loud when I told her Kathy hung up on me.
