Rude - Denise and Kathy think it’s a joke that I was calling the wrong office trying to get ahold of my dad’s neurologist. I was transferred and put on hold multiple times then when I expressed it was urgent to please help me she cut me off that I had the wrong office and hung up. The supervisor, Denise, then answered and laughed out loud when I told her Kathy hung up on me. Awesome staff, very helpful and responsive even while seemingly overworked. Dr Schiff was very attentive to what I had to say, provided a base level understanding, and ordered tests that were in a realm of possibility that effectively accomplished steps towards a resolution. It was refreshing to experience, because it seems very difficult to get proper care now in days. By far one of the overall best experiences I've had with medical appointments.

I called to make an appointment for new patient for my mom and the receptionist was extremely rude and inconsiderate. My mother is dealing with potential dementia and it is hard enough to care-give and go through this process. She asked if my mother was retired and if her insurance was Medicare. I said no, she is an employed by the government, she is a teacher. The lady then persisted that the doctor isn’t seeing new patients after asking who was she insured by.
