I had questions about some past work I had done. Both the young lady I spoke with over the phone and the gentleman that took a look at my car were extremely polite and professional. Although my issue was unrelated to the repair they did he took time to research some possible solutions and gave helpful insight.
Terrible communication. My car was done for a week and they failed to let me know. As a result I am left to pay out of pocket rental charges when I could have simply picked up my car. Terrible customer service.
Excellent work - quality and attention to detail seems better than other places I have used in the past. Great communication. Work done on time. Would recommend!
