Allison was so great! She took the time to do a hearing test to see if my hearing has changed over the years. She took the time to listen to my questions and explained everything in a way that I could understand. Even though I have had hearing aids for over 20 years, the new ones I purchased were so better it was like I could hear for the first time! I am satisfied with the performance, although they were advertised to remain charged for up to eighteen hours. The first ones I received only remained charged for approx. 14 hrs, I was provided a 2nd pair, and they only last approx. 16 hrs., I am disappointed that the charging doesn't last longer. I have taken my mother to several ENT centers for her hearing problem . My mother and I have been so dissatisfied with the services or lack of . I understand that mother has hearing loss , however, they never spoke directly to her . They spoke to me about her . My mother is in get right mind and does know how to communicate . Mother was the patient , not me . She was totally overlooked . Dr. k . Myers was wonderful with mother .
