Do not live here. total scam and units are completely trashed from shoddy installment jobs. for $1,415 a month there are much better places in Athens to live. .. many 5 star reviews are from leasing office employees or bribes. The complex ran some raffles and the exchange was leaving a positive Google review.
Moved my stepdaughter in today. Apartment cleaning was a joke. Stove covered in grease. Bathroom shower/tub was disgusting and my wife had to scrub it. It is a shame they charge $1200 for sub Standard living. It is mainly for college students.
Updated review: I have been living here coming up on my forth year, i still feel the same way They came extremely fast for my maintenance request! Handled the issue to my liking, no complaints. Management is very welcoming, the neighborhood is also quiet and i love the fact that we are right across from the elementary school.
