I would never recommend living here. This was by far the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. From the day I moved in, the apartment wasn’t even ready. It hadn’t been properly cleaned, and there wasn’t a turnaround time to prepare it before my move in. Throughout my lease, maintenance issues were constantly ignored. My upstairs toilet was broken, and the upstairs carpet had rips and old wax stains. I reported the carpet and have paperwork showing it was supposed to be replaced, but it never was. The maintenance team has generally been professional when they have come to my apartment, but I have been disappointed with how several issues have been handled. My unit experienced flooding issues, I was without air conditioning for multiple days, and I went without hot water for an extended period before the issues were fully addressed. This property is clearly moving in a positive direction. With the new management in place, you can see real effort being put into improving customer service and overall cleanliness. The team is responsive and working hard to create a better experience for residents and guests. For the price, it offers great value, especially with the upgrades and improvements currently happening. Looking forward to seeing how it continues to improve.
