RecommendedZach helped my husband and I into some new running shoes today. I am so thankful, the whole experience was so positive and I am officially back running and LOVE my Altras! Zach was kind, informed, friendly, responsive to our needs + concerns, etc! I used to have a similar position in an outdoor outfitters store, he was top tier! Absolutely would recommend this place! We had such a great experience. Zach was our sales person, he was patient and knowledgeable about shoes and which would work best for which issues. I am a very picky person and don't do well with change, but he wasn't fazed by it. He was kind and friendly and most importantly helpful. I recently had a broken leg, screws and plates were put in. Wow. Excellent place. Zach is extremely knowledgeable and went way above to get my wife and I both into new shoes. After her knee surgery my wife has complained that her feet and ankle would hurt her and with her being on her feet a lot we needed to get her really good shoes. I will definitely be coming back and will recommend Game Changers to all my friends. 5 out of 5 stars!!
They are excellent. if you have foot issues, they even have a podiatrist on staff and the other staff members are knowledgeable as well. They are friendly and take all the time you need to get the right shoes.
